I've booked the 4 persons apartments, everything was excellent: big rooms, nice balcony, good kitchen with lots of kitchenware. I was on a car so a big free parking nearby was also handy!
I can propose to cahnge the linen at least 2 timws per week in the apartments.

Nothing, I am very unsatisfied. I'll never visit this place!
Very boring place for holidays, it is better on website than in reality. I`ll never visit this place!

Pools are great with one specifically for kids. The location is a bit far from the beach. Kids loved the entertainment, but the wi-fi was poor and barely worked in the room. Plenty of sports activities like table tennis available.

Good facilities and well priced with a free car park. I stayed in the 4 person room which had a kitchenette which was well equipped, a large balcony and good size bedroom and living area. There were lots of shops 1.2km away as was the main beach. A courtesy bus ran to the main area every half hour but it was quite busy. The complex had good facilities, lovely pools etc and entertainment in the evening.
A bit too far from the main town area and beach. Fine to walk in the spring but can imagine it would be very hot in the summer and virtually impossible with small children since it is quite a busy road and you have to keep crossing over as the pavement runs out. The walls and floors of the apartment were very thin and I am sure it would be really noisy in high season. Our block was pretty empty however we could hear the people above walking around, using the hairdryer etc really clearly and also a child crying in the apartment adjacent to us.

Would not recommend choosing halfboard, the dining room was more like a cantina and did not reflect the price for the dinner. The smaller restaurant adjacent to the dining room is recommendable, or to make the walk down to Loano center. This is possible even with smaller children, possibly take a Taxi back to the hotel.

The kids loved the Animation and Mini Club, providing us with some much-needed relaxation while they played.
In my wife's opinion, the kitchen could use more essentials to make cooking easier. A more family-friendly check-out policy would also be great, so we don't feel rushed on our last day.

Staff of the hotel was very nice! we have booked smaller apartments that needed - because photos on the web gave fillings that apartments are bigger than in reality. We even thought to leave hotel, but we were given bigger apartments without additional payments and extra dinner. So, the fantastic work of the staff.
I think that some of apartments need fit-out already, specially beds and Wi-Fi could be in rooms also, because we were with two children and it is not really comfortable to go to reception every time - so we bought 3G internet- but connection wasn't so well. So a little investments could be accepted. But in general - it is OK!

I was hoping to stay at a hotel with a kitchenette and hotel service but instead ended having to make our own beds and using the same towels throughout our stay. It would have been helpful if they had mentioned about this in their website because I wouldn't have booked it if I had known about the limited services. Overall I would like to note that the place is more of an amusement park rather than a hotel.
